When powder format may make sense
Powder flavor is usually considered when the finished product or production process benefits from dry handling. A dry beverage mix, bakery premix, candy application, or powder-based product may be easier to develop if the flavor can be blended with other dry ingredients. It can also help buyers avoid adding extra liquid to a formula where moisture balance matters. That does not make powder the automatic choice.
